Jennifer is Melbourne's most Senior Yin teacher. She has been teaching Yin Yoga since 2009 and has completed Level 1 and Level 2 Yin Training with Yin Yoga founder Paul Grilley. Her unique approach to Yin Yoga is grounded in her studies with Paul, who ignited her passion for bones and fascia and deepened her understanding of chakras and meridians. But Jennifer’s method of teaching Yin Yoga is also inspired by her ongoing exploration of Taoist martial arts that stimulate yin tissues through graceful, flowing movements. Her approach makes Yin Yoga accessible for all and allows students to progress at their own pace. As physical tensions ease, students are guided to the more meditative aspects of the practice.
