// Practice: feel the yin
Daily 2-hour yin practice
Get a detailed understanding of the main yin poses and learn the difference between a yin and yang approach to asana
Cultivate mindfulness and letting go in your own practice
Understand the role of alignment in yin yoga 
Learn how to use - and how not to use - props in yin poses
Experience assists and modifications for different body types in yin poses
You will learn 4 Yin Yoga sequences from some of the best Yin Yoga teachers and how to modify these sequences for different students

//Advanced anatomy for yin yoga teachers
Get the most up-to-date research on fascia and what role fascia plays in the mind-body connection
Detailed analysis of all major joints, their surrounding muscles, and connective tissue and how yin yoga affects these structures
Understand the different impacts of yin vs. yang yoga on body and mind
Learn the key aspects of Chinese Medicine meridian theory and how to apply them in your yin classes
Get to know the difference between tension and compression, learn to differentiate between the two and understand their role in the individual alignment of students
