Yin yoga workshop
Yin is the perfect partner to ashtanga – gently opening your body to improve your flexibility. The practice encourages you to let go of any goals and ambition and just ‘be’ in the pose, finding stillness and deep relaxation.
Type of Event
It’s a form of yoga that works on stretching the body’s connective tissue in the pelvis, hips and spine. Instead of getting ourselves into the most pretzel-like yoga postures, the yin challenge is the duration over which the poses are held – for around five minutes.
