YIN YOGA WORKSHOP
All postures are supported and are either seated or reclining. Encouraging deep stretching, a quiet mind and a rested body.

Enjoy 2 hours of time to deeply stretch, experience quiet, soften the breath and body. Yin yoga is for those who want space and for those who think they are too busy to claim it. All welcome although some experience of yoga is beneficial.
25.00 drop-in on the day. 20.00 in advance. Space is limited to 10 students .
