YIN YOGA WORKSHOP
Enjoy 2 hours of time to deeply stretch, experience quiet, soften the breath and body. Yin yoga is for those who want space and for those who think they are too busy to claim it. All welcome although some experience of yoga is beneficial.

All postures are supported and are either seated or reclining. Bolsters, blocks and blankets are used to support the body to assist free breathing and relaxing into gravity.
