Yin is the perfect practice to the Yang of our fast paced lives. It is a meditative, slower yoga with longer held postures designed to release tension deep in the muscles and connective tissue.
The time spent in these posture is much like time spent in meditation and can help regulate the flow of energy in the body. There will be refreshments after a beautiful meditation to close.
This will be a warm but not hot workshop with
a mix of theory & practical. Open to all levels.
