Either if you are an experienced Yoga practitioner or a novice, Yin yoga as a discipline will enhance any other yoga practice as well as initiating beginners to a path of introspection. In this workshop we will focus on a slow passive and supported practice holding poses for a period of time with muscles in a relaxed state. When we practice the Yin style we can help achieve range of motion in the joints, revitalize the tissues and cultivate a self compassion, a sense of well being.
