Yin Yoga Workshop to Balance the Chakras
A yin yoga workshop created for teaching one how to balance and heal the body and mind through chakras, poses, and meditation.
Type of Event
It is my pleasure to invite you to this upcoming 2.5-hour yin yoga workshop centered around balancing the 7 chakras (energy discs) that connect along the spine. You will learn an introduction to the chakras, where they are located, their meanings/characteristics, and how to balance each one to create a healthy flow of energy, thus enhancing your mind-body connection. 🕉
There will be a 90-minute yin yoga class with asanas (poses) that will help to open each chakra. The class will conclude with meditation and savasana (resting pose). 🧘🏽♀️
The workshop will wrap up with a light array of chakra-inspired, healthy treats and hot tea to boost the effects of your practice, plus you will receive a small gift to take with you! During this time is your opportunity to share thoughts and ask questions. ✨
