This workshop will walk you through the foundations of yin yoga, what differentiates from restorative and gentle yoga, as well as teach you about 10 basic yin poses that you can take home for a practice. In addition, we also do a full yin class giving you the opportunity to provide your body with deep stretches and ultimate relaxation.
