The Metal element is all about transformation. It is a time to support our Lungs and the Large Intestine meridians. This season we appreciate the preciousness of each breath as we draw more of our energy and focus inwards in preparation for the colder months ahead. This is a time for inner reflection and contemplation.

Clare has been teaching yoga, yin and yin/yang classes, workshops and retreats for over 18 years. In relation specifically to her Yin yoga, she has trained extensively with Sarah Powers and Paul Grilley since 2000. Her workshops bring expertise, unique insight, warmth, and whole-hearted encouragement.
