Yin/Yang through the Seasons-Winter, Water Element. This candlelight practice is an opportunity to nourish our body, mind and spirit. It is accompanied by soothing crystal bowls that align the heart and root chakras.
Type of Event
We will address seasonal transitions and their frequently associated imbalances by exploring Yin poses that are
informed by the Chinese Five Elements and Ayurveda. We will explore pranayama (breath work) and end our practice withseated meditation. Enjoy the glow of the candle and stimulate your inner light as we open to change and transition mindfully through the seasons. Coming back to balance reveals our true nature.

Clare has been teaching yoga, yin and yin/yang classes, workshops and retreats for over 18 years. In relation specifically to her Yin yoga, she has trained extensively with Sarah Powers and Paul Grilley since 2000. Her workshops bring expertise, unique insight, warmth, and whole-hearted encouragement.
