Enhance your dynamic yoga practice with this deep tissue release workshop. You’ll use your time to connect with your breath to ease into slow release stretches to soothe hard working bodies (and minds!). Focusing on tight areas of the body that often get left out in faster paced classes, this practice, if done regularly in tandem with a dynamic asana practice, will help enhance flexibility, increase your range of movement and allow your body to build greater strength.

This workshop is perfect for those who over-use their body in physical exercise or for those whose bodies are under-used and desk-bound. This practice can be adapted to create the required level of physical release using deep dynamic stretching or more restorative variations of the poses using props.

Supporting, all levels of practitioners, this practice will allow the mind to find a deeper sense of stillness and ease by gently stretching deeper muscles, joints and fascia.
