Yofloreo: Yoga & Aromatherapy Workshop to Relieve Stress
Learn how to use powerful and healing essential oils combined with Yoga and energetic exercises to promote relaxation, calm the mind, and release blockages.

You will enjoy a relaxing and transforming hands-on session learning and practicing:
- The use of powerful and healing essential oils for specific purposes.
- How essential oils work on our brain and body.
- Specific asanas to counteract stress.
- Breathing techniques (pranayama) to calm down body and mind.
- Mudras (hand positions) and special exercises with Dynamic Synchronicity to promote serenity and release negative energy.
Using the Yofloreo® method, Aira Guevara will guide you through theory and practice, teaching simple techniques that can be practiced at home, work, or any time needed.
You will learn the traditional inhalation of the oil, and simple home uses (baths, massage oils, diffusing techniques, etc.). Participants will have the opportunity to sample essential oils indicated for stress relief and build an aromatherapy eye pillow to take home. The workshop ends with a deep relaxation session.
