Yoga 101 is geared toward a ground level understanding of all things you will need to begin a safe and fulfilling yoga practice. Anyone can practice yoga, it isn’t limited to those with flexible body. Recommended for students new to yoga or returning students who want to refresh their understanding of the fundamentals, this workshop includes:

• Detailed instruction of physical postures
• Safe alignment principles
• Yogic breathing
• Basic meditation techniques

There will be ample time for questions. In the company of supportive community, come learn a fun and healthy practice that increases strength & flexibility, develops body awareness, reduces stress and calms the mind.
