Yoga 101 is a beginner's course that focuses on proper breathing techniques and the correct alignment of poses. It also offers an introduction to meditation. It is a great foundation upon which to build your yoga practice.

Yoga 101 is a 6-week session that meets on Tuesday and Thursday nights from 7-8 pm
The price covers the entire course. It may be paid in full at the introductory meeting, which takes place on Monday, April 20, 2015. Or you can pay a $50 deposit at the intro meeting and the balance two weeks later.
Yoga 101 is a beginner's course that lasts 6 weeks and meets twice a week. Each class begins with a breathing practice or short meditation. I then teach several poses, focusing on the mechanics of each pose. At the end of each class, the poses are put together into a short sequence.
Yoga 101 is taught in a relaxed and fun environment. Students are encouraged to ask questions and share any issues they may have with a particular pose or poses.
