You have either never done yoga before or did it a long time ago or just a couple of times. This class runs as a 5 week series. The ratio of discussion to practice time is about 30/70 with 30 percent of the class time when yoga and yoga postures are explained. This class includes handouts with illustrations for you to take home. Poses are demonstrated and hands-on adjustments are given to ensure proper alignment.
