In this workshop we will explore shoulderstand, headstand & maybe a forearm balance or two. Inverted poses have deep healing properties and strengthen mind/body connection. Facing our fears on the mat can offer us the gift of empowerment and clarity.
We will integrate discussion and practice together with alignment principles, to deepen our understanding and ability to practise these beautiful and important postures. Those who are still mastering these challenging postures should not be afraid to give this workshop a try, as it is filled with an abundance of information on the mechanisms needed to achieve these poses in a super-safe and fun way.
