Bring your mat to The BoB for a one (1) hour yoga class followed by a delicious brew of coffee, tea or beer (included in the ticket price)
Tables and bar stools moved aside- roll out your yoga mat at The BoB and enjoy a one hour yoga class! Taught by Natalie Moses, a local, experienced and registered yoga instructor (E-RYT), she will create an energizing Hatha yoga class with a Vinyasa flow. Afterwards, sip on a delicious freshly brewed coffee, tea or beer (up to a $6 value, included in the ticket price).
