Yoga Abs & Balance Workshop for Beginners and Improvers to yoga.

Designed to further develop core stability and strength through a series of yoga asana to target the deep abdominal, back and waist region.
The workshop will also explore technique and yoga asana to strength and stabilize the shoulder girdle in order to aid arm balance postures.
The workshop will start with a yoga based warm-up and finish with relaxation.
