YOGA ALL WAYS - YAW Studio Still Water Mini Retreat

Please join YAW Studio and a very limited group of women for a wonderful mini retreat and slumber party at the lovely Still Waters retreat only 30 miles west of Fort Worth in Springtown, Texas .

2 nights April 5th & 6th -Saturday & Sunday departing Monday April 7th

We will explore wondrous nature trails, taste delectable foods and expand our bodies our minds and our spirits with lots of yoga. All within a backdrop of beautiful Still Waters.

Yoga All Ways
Yoga is for every body!

Yoga All Ways was designed to be inclusive rather than exclusive. Focusing on our commonality rather than our differences. It was designed to help us find the balance, harmony and peace in our hearts and minds.

We are firm believers that having a strong, flexible body, a focused balanced mind with spiritual purity is a common goal and at times an elusive one as well.

Life intervenes, our bodies ache from old injuries, our minds wonder and our spirits become dull. Yoga can help!

Yoga is not a competition, yoga is a personal, mindful joining of your mind, body and soul.

Still Water Retreat
We chose Still Water Retreat in Springtown, Texas because of its beauty, slumber style accommodations and proximity to where we all live.
It is a delightful place to enjoy springtime in our backyard with YAW yoga, tasty food, and to relax and renew with old and new friends.

Yoga helps you realize the importance of being in the present moment. It helps you live mindfully and with awareness. Strengthening resolve and creating peace within. A strong and balanced mind allows you to enjoy each day to the fullest. Taming the ego clears the mind and creates a path to peacefulness.

Yoga is not a religion. It is however spiritual in nature. Regardless of your religious beliefs Yoga helps open the heart and neuters mindfulness, ethical intention and spiritual awakening. Yoga is harmonious with all religions and can enhance your understanding and practice of any religion.
