This 3 hour interactive workshop offers simple strategies to align your body in yoga poses for maximum freedom and stability. Gain a better understanding of musculoskeletal anatomy and biomechanics by applying them to chaturanga, warrior II, cobra pose and many other greatest hits. Not only will you get more 'health' out of your yoga poses: by integrating your body, you can achieve greater clarity of mind and contentment in everyday life.

What you will gain:
- an understanding of movement & stabilization of major joints in the body
- how to apply principles to specific poses and transitions between poses
- how to use Anusara alignment principles in all pose categories (standing poses, forward folds, backbends, armbalances, twists, inversions)
- simple cueing to achieve freedom in joints & muscles
