Weekend Workshop Saturday and Sunday, 11 am to 4:30 pm each day. Learn anatomy with the tools you already have: your yoga experience and your body. Workshop open to all levels of yogis.

Anatomy can be a complex and overwhelming topic to learn. Why not make it fun and use the tools you already have, your body and your knowledge of yoga? This weekend workshop will help you learn about the anatomy and biomechanics of your body.
There will be time for you to ask questions and work with fellow students to understand the complexity of the human body in more simple and easy to explain terms. No prior anatomy or biomechanics experience is required and there will be NO tests. Please bring specific questions about anatomy and biomechanics, a pen, and a notebook.
