I know what it feels like to live with anxiety, trauma and Post Traumatic
Stress. I know how it can limit living life to the fullest and how it can rob us of feeling happy, content, strong, and healthy.
And I know how it feels to be free of that pain.
In this workshop I will talk about the Ayurvedic perspective on anxiety and some of the root causes of this often debilitating condition. I will cover ways to diminish or eliminate the anxious way of life.
We will look at foods, herbs, supplements, daily lifestyle practices including yoga, and much more.
Please wear comfortable clothing. A yoga practice is part of our time together. Handouts are provided.
