This workshop is about increasing abdominal strength to support our digestion. We are then looking in to questions and answers on how to improve digestion through Ayurveda knowledge.
Wow! It is all down to letting your mind turn to the postures and your body support the mind and allowing your inner wisdom to guide you to better nourishment.
