The practice of using Essential oils to calm the mind, heal the body and uplift the spirit is literally thousands of years old. The ancient Chinese, Egyptians and Greeks all used scented oils to heal emotional distress, treat physical afflictions, and increase spiritual awareness. This class will explore the wonderful healing powers of essential oils and Yoga to assist the body to destress the mess! Kristina has received specialty training with Judith Lasater, in Yoga to help with anxiety, anger and depression. We will be combining certain body positions (asana) with complimentary oils to attain deeper peace.
