Yoga and Healthy Eating
In this workshop we will explore the relationship and importance between Yoga and Healthy Food; of treating our bodies with kindness and nourishing them through movement and healthy food.

What we eat is the food for the soul, it supplies the life force and energy within us. We will learn how to move and eat consciously and develop a deeper understanding of why and how to care for ourselves for a healthy, happy life.
During the talk Lyn will offer tips on how to motivate yourself to eat healthy food, give suggestions of foods to avoid and those to nourish. This workshop is good for those who may need a little help with weight management as well as those just looking for a healthy relationship with food.
