During this 6-day yoga & hiking retreat in Spain the daily yoga lessons, hikes and a food workshop are included as well as the 3 healthy mails a day. It's a full pension retreat.

For just 625 euro's you can enjoy this unique combination of yoga, hiking, outdoor and relaxation in a natural environment. Besides the yoga lessons and the food workshop you can book a relaxing ayuverdic massage. The flight is on your own suspent, but when you book early a ticket costs is not that expensive!

WITH MARIJKE WERPS
Marijke Werps is the owner of KARMA Organic Love. She started her organisation from love for the human body and pure products. Karma makes healthy products and also uses biologic ingredients. The tasty pies, bars and chocolats all are vegan, raw and with out any extra sucar. She sells her products at horeca places in Holland and and some big festivals in Holland and Germany.

She is also owner of Ayuvedische yogamassage in Leeuwarden. Here she brings her passion for yoga and self restoring together. The Ayuvedische massage is special massage wich uses herbs and oils with healing power.

Personal: Marijke lives a yoga live and loves to be outside. She takes long hikes, runs threw nature or is training survival. She believes the basic of a healthy lifestyle is a combination of yoga, (relaxation) movement and healthy food.
