Yoga & Hill Walking in Provence
This retreat is designed to help you direct your focus inward and get clear about what positive steps you can take towards achieving your goals.
Classes are suitable for beginners as well as advanced students. You will learn how to release tension completely in any yoga posture, whilst still making the necessary muscular effort to maintain flow, good posture and alignment. Muscles become toned, joints get mobilised, heat is generated and the cardio-vascular system is challenged. This method of yoga practice can be applied to any of the more challenging yoga postures.
The walks are for anyone who has a reasonably active lifestyle and enjoys walking. We offer walks on Mon, Tues, Thurs and Fri (no walk on Weds). Each walk lasts from 1 - 1.5 hrs on terrain that ranges from reasonably challenging to moderately. You don't need to be an athlete, though please note that this activity is not suitable if you have high blood pressure, reduced mobility, or are recovering from recent surgery.
