From thursday evening to monday midday, stay in a retreat centre named amongst the 10 best in Europe and discover all the benefits you can reap from the different aspects of yoga - asanas, pranayama, relaxation, meditation, vegetarian cooking. Morning practice will be centered on sharing a routine that you can learn well enough to repeat it at home, whilst afternoon classes present variations and other styles. Meditation (yoga nidra and other techniques) will be included in the classes and also experienced in the evenings after dinner.
