4 session programme on Yoga and Mindfulness with Clinical Psychologist Naomi Scott and Yoga teacher Bharti. Each session will include a Yoga class followed by guided experiential exercises to practice core skills in cultivating Mindfulness and Compassionate-Mind

Would you like to learn to manage your stress more effectively using Yoga and Mindfulness?
Clinical Psychologist Naomi Scott and Yoga teacher Bharti have put together a 4-session programme to guide you through exercises to enhance your physical and psychological flexibility and wellbeing.
During these 4 workshops, we will provide opportunities for you to practice core skills in this area through evidence based and creative exercises used to cultivate Mindfulness and Compassionate- Mind, and help you relax through yoga postures and breathing exercises.
We will invite you to develop a regular practice through guided experiential exercises and the provision of materials for you to take away to use between sessions. Everyone is welcome! No experience needed, just a willingness to be open to your experience and deepen your capacity for compassion.
