Full Description

Much modern stress is generated from ruminations over the past or projections into the future, but felt throughout the whole mind-body. The body awareness and embodiment of a physical yoga practice has long been used to still the mind and come back to the present moment. This workshop offers a mindful practice for calm, centring and inner space. We will explore somatic and kind movement through grounding floor work, building to strength with ease and restorative practice to work with, not against your body needs. Suitable for all levels and modifications are offered wherever needed for you to feel safe and supported.

* Yoga postures, breath awareness and meditation techniques to calm and soothe
* Includes a simple home practice to help you cope with life
* Expands on the Friday talk for you to experience how you hold onto to stress and how you can notice and release this through your yoga practice and through life. £65 to book both this workshop and the talk, see website link for details.
