Yoga and Mountain Biking in the Elan Valley
A weekend of stunning wild rides and delicious Yoga in the beautiful Elan of Wales's best kept secrets!

Is this weekend suitable for me?
The riding in the Elan Valley is mostly not technical - its all about the lung busting climbs and fast delicious grassy descents with wild open views, so technical ability is not important although some mountain biking experience would be preferable along with reasonable fitness levels and a willingness to give things a go.
What's included in the price?
Full Board accommodation Friday evening to Sunday afternoon in single or twin rooms
Tea/Coffee and Cake on arrival and on return to accommodation on Saturday and Sunday after riding
3 Course Evening Meals on Friday and Saturday night . A choice of full breakfasts or porridge/muesli/toast. Packed lunches Saturday and Sunday.
Two days of guided riding with coaching as we ride.
Five Yoga sessions over the weekend.

Alcohol - there is an well stocked honesty bar at the venue.
What to expect.
You can arrive at the venue anytime from 4pm on the Friday. The Yoga session will be from 6 - 7.30pm. We eat afterwards and have a discussion about the next days activities and what to pack etc.
Saturday starts with a wake up Yoga session followed by breakfast and getting out on the bikes - we ride straight from the venue and Saturdays ride is a big one - we will be out for around 5 hours. On our return after showers and cake we have a cool down Yoga session before dinner. After dinner there is a short Restorative session to really chill you out for a good nights sleep!
Sunday starts in much the same way - the ride is a bit shorter on Sunday to allow for a nice long cool down Yoga session before people head home. We aim to finish on Sunday by 4pm to give you a chance to get home at a reasonable time, hopefully inspired to do more Yoga and get out on your bike more!
