Yoga and Nature Connection
A morning's yoga practice following the 8 limbs of yoga, opening the body & senses ready for nature connection in the afternoon!
Type of Event
Yoga practice in the morning followed by nature time in the afternoon.
Starting the day with a yoga practice - asana, pranayama & meditation, plus yoga nidra for deep relaxation. We may practice some yoga outside. After a shared lunch we will have an afternoon of nature connection. Meditative practices and influences of Goethean Science will help us to 'study' (or explore) and connect with the plants and trees in the beautiful grounds. Activities to incude observation, drawing, meditation, sharing and sampling simple wild food preparations.
Healthy treats and herbal teas included. Please bring food to share for lunch, preferably locally produced & organic/unsprayed.
