Autumn Yoga and Nature Walks .

A relaxed week mixing some yoga sessions and some active meditations with nature walks leading to meditative state of mind in empty hills, pine forests, isolated bays and beaches. If you’ve missed nature and are looking for a break from your routine to connect with yourself and nature, this is a right program for you. It comprises 4 guided walks to different destinations in various hardness and length.

The group will start the day with morning yoga session which covers pranayama, meditation, Pawanmaktasana warming up series and asanas followed by a short but deep relaxation at 8:00 am or with an active meditation, followed by breakfast between 9:30 and 10:30 am. We’ll set out walking around 11:00 am which will take between 2 and 4 hours depending on the destination and hardness. Participants are free to take some snacks they’d like to take with themselves on the walk, but we’ll provide a piece of fruit and some pastry.

Walks should be taken as trekking even though they’ll have some meditative aspects so walking shoes or boots are essential and some wind or rainproof gear should be packed just in case.

Dinner will be served at 7:00 pm

All tuition, guiding service, transport to walking spots, shared accomodation, open buffet breakfast, four picnic lunches and 6 vegeterian dinners are included in the price of €580 per person.

Ayurvedic body type diagnose and consultation is available as well as ayurvedic kalari massage and healing session by appointment in our centre
