Are you interested in boosting your “health profile”? It is well documented that yoga keeps the body thriving and on the road to better health. Join our very own Jen Mast and Amy Yapp for a practice that explores how yoga supports wellness and focuses on supporting and balancing your immune system each time you practice.

Activate your body’s ability to heal itself and breathe life back into “stuck” areas in order to build and maintain a healthy immune system. This is an area of practice very close to both Jen and Amy’s hearts as it is at the center of their own personal practice. One of their greatest joys is to empower people to access their own strengths and healing abilities through yoga.
