Full Description

Held in the magical Finca el Moro, an organic farm in the hills north west of Seville. Secluded and peaceful, this is the perfect place for a nourishing, restoring week away from the pressures of normal life.

We are three friends - Rebecca, Shona and Frankie - and between us we have almost 50 years of yoga teaching experience. We trained together in 1999/2000 in London with Swami Vedantananda Saraswati, and we love working together. We believe yoga offers us an opportunity to connect with ourselves on all levels of our experience - physical, mental, energetic and spiritual - and that it can be fun.

There will be two daily yoga classes, one in the morning and one in the late afternoon/early evening, including a yoga nidra and meditation each day. There will also be plenty of free time for reading and relaxing by the pool or wandering into the local village.

The owners of the farm are Nick and Hermione Tudor, who have made this farm their home for 25 years. Nick has been leading walks in the area for over 15 years, and is an informative and knowledgeable guide. He will lead three walks during the week. This is a beautiful time of year to visit, with the wild flower meadows in full bloom.

All meals will be provided. The farm produces much of the food we will eat - seasonal, delicious, and mostly organic.

"We spend a lot of time growing, harvesting and preserving [food], and take great pleasure in cooking it and serving it to our guests".
