Yoga and Wild Food
A day to immerse yourself in yoga & nature. A morning yoga practice - gentle, strong, adapted to your needs, including asana, pranayama & meditation.
After a break with healthy treats, relax into yoga nidra.
After lunch, mindful coastal forage for wild foods – leaves & seaweed mainly. Prepare wild food snacks to sample. Meditation outdoors.
Type of Event
The morning at Harbour House, Kingsbridge followed by the afternoon at East Prawle, a 20 minute drive away.

A day to immerse yourself in yoga and nature. We will start with gentle warm up exercises and breathing followed by sun salutations (an energising dynamic sequence – with easier options), standing postures, sitting/lying postures and inversions. We will have plenty of time in postures and to rest, observe, practice mindfully and let go of tension. We will follow the eight limbs of yoga, so progressing from the physical, to breathing and then meditation.
After a break with healthy treats, we will practice yoga nidra (deep relaxation).
In the afternoon we will immerse ourselves in nature to find Spring wild foods – leaves and seaweed mainly. Our coastal walk will take us down to the sea where we will prepare some simple snacks to sample. Meditation outdoors to finish.
