In this extended Hatha yoga practice, you'll enjoy learning how the wall can be your best teacher. Learn how the support of a wall can help refine your alignment and deepen body awareness.
In this 2 hour workshop, you’ll refine your alignment while discovering your strengths & weaknesses in familiar poses. As we use the wall to guide & support each pose, expect to enhance your body awareness and truly "know where you are in space." We'll play with balance, inversions, opening, lengthening and strength-building with plenty of encouragement and feedback. Plan to work and love what you learn about your body and your yoga practice. After hard work, comes rest. Enjoy a blissful savasana and leave the studio feeling refreshed, wiser and fully alive!
