we will have our lunchbreak together in the retreat apartment above the yogacenter

Yoga & Ayruveda
one day workshop with yoga, ayurveda and ayurvedic food
We will have a look on our own body constitution according to ayurveda and connect this with matching exercises from yoga and meditation. Theory and practice go hand in hand. A deeper look on our lifestyle and possible diet will give inspiring ideas of what you can do to integrate yoga and ayurveda in your everyday life.
It is spingtime - so as an extrafocus we will have a deeper look on the cleansing practices yoga & ayurveda provide for us to detox and for a better, healthier life. These include: cleansing yogaexercises, cleansing breathworks, cleansing meditationpractices - in theory and practice.
This day will give you an insight in your own life, habits and lifestyle. You will learn practices to detox your body, soul, emotions and spirit. At the end of the day you can take this insight back home together with pracitcal avices for your everyday life.
Melco Rasica studied philosophy, antropology and
theology in the USA along with yoga, vedanta
and ayurveda in India and the USA.
He regularly follows courses, workshops, and seminars on yoga, Vedanta and Ayurveda.
Sascha Pfeifer studied behavioural science, special needs education and speech-/breaththerapy in Germany along with yoga and meditation in Germany, Sweden and India.
