As we end the Summer Season, I catch my mind dreaming of my Winter sun in India. My body mind and soul need this solar energy fill up in the midst of the cold grey days of the dark season.

Next March we are returning to the peaceful beach village of Mandrem in quiet North Goa to offer a week-long program that combines the profound impact of daily yoga practices, good healthy food, immersing ourselves in the healing nature of Nature, and learning how to integrate Ayurveda into our lives for greater balance.

For the 3rd time I will be co-teaching this retreat with my talented and expert yoga teacher Anne Vandewalle from Paris and we're looking forward to bring an international group of people together to evolve their sense of well-being and upgrade their self care practices to higher grounds

(This retreat is absolutely open to german or french speaking yogis, but yes it is taught in English)

Goa Yoga & Ayurveda Retreat March 3 - 10 2019

In 8 days, you'll learn whole new ways of taking care of yourself, finding out more about your constitution (think of it as your DNA from an Ayurvedic perspective), your rhythms, and how to find greater balance in all aspects of yourself.

On this journey :

Your body will experience greater balance thru the practice of yoga, eating delicious healthy meals daily, attuning your circadian rhythm with Nature, and indulging in the various ayurvedic massages and treatments offered in the retreat center spa.

Your energy level will be restored thru better sleep and rest, spending time in Nature and charging up on Vitamin Sea and D, and the effects of dynamic & restorative practices that are meant to balance your energy level.

Your mind will feel rested and refreshed during this week of disconnect from the business of life, city noise, social media, and worldy worries, as well as the powerful daily practices of pranayama and meditation
