If you're new to yoga or want to work your way back into practice, here is an opportunity to get started! Not too easy, not too hard just the basics of postures and vinyasa (connecting breath to movement) so you can live lighter and breathe better. Next series will be offered 5/5-5/26 9:30am (childcare available at additional cost).
