Yoga Basics Workshop - 4 week series
If you’re new to yoga or want to brush up on the basics after a long break, join us for a 4-week series alignment-based workshop designed to introduce students to the practice of yoga. In this workshop you will learn a few sequences that will support you during regular drop-in classes and at home.
Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily and preferably eat lunch after class. Satori provides yoga mats and all other props. All 4 sessions will be held in the small semi-private studio at 40 1st Street, 2nd floor.
