Learning to listen to the subtle messages of your body and understanding the power of your mind, you become skillful in your day-to-day activities and avoid negative patterns and habits in life. The group energy supports and strengthens your practice, and the teacher can be a mirror to reflect your own learning journey.
What change could you expect:
You will learn step-by-step instructions of how to apply right attention in different postures, knowing the related mental patterns and subtle meanings of the Hatha Yoga practice. The lectures and meditation will give you a deeper understanding of the body-mind system, learning about mindful living and strengthening your inner life. You will learn techniques how to be free from destructive habits and how to inquire into the purpose of life.
We work with:
Two daily guided sessions of yoga postures, pranayama, energizing exercises, guided meditation and an evening of devotional chanting. Informal talks on different subjects and Q & A.
