Yoga & Bodywork 35-hours Immersion

Join Daphne for a unique 6-day/35-hour immersion, uncovering healing techniques through yoga, therapeutics, somatic movement, hands-on assist, bodywork, philosophy and mindfulness techniques including breath work, visualisation and meditation.
This program is YA certified towards RYS 200 or Continuing Education Credit for yoga teachers.

Full Description

Daphne will cover topics on alignment & biomechanics, bodywork modalities, hands-on adjustments and massage techniques for common areas, yoga philosophy, pranayama, meditation, Yoga Nidra, somatic movement etc,
A certificate of 35 hours immersion accredited by Yoga Alliance for RYS 200 or Continuing Education Units (CEU) for YA certified teachers will be given upon completion.

The retreat centre is located at the foothills of gorgeous mountains, amidst rice fields and hot springs, equipped with saltwater pool, herbal sauna steam and known for their healthy yummy food.

Daphne incorporates a heart-centred approach, the sensibilities of alignment and biomechanics, as well as insights into yoga philosophy in her practice, teachings and bodywork therapy. Her teaching is known to focus on breath, mindfulness, and awareness with a sense of play, to create the perfect balance in nurturing the body, mind and spirit. She is an E-RYT 500 hrs and Anusara Inspired™ yoga teacher, as well as a bodywork therapist who is able to create an intuitive alchemy of her knowledge and skills into her offerings.
