7am for an hour and half of yoga followed by breakfast.
Gentle morning flow designed to wake you up and start the weekend with positivity, we practice in the beautiful cafe before they open for an hour and a half and then tuck in to unlimited tea or coffee, and a choice of either greek yoghurt, granola, berries and seeds or avocado, feta and cherry tomatoes on sourdough. Yum.
