The weekend retreat will be facilitated by myself and Volker Schlettwein, who will facilitate the breathwork session which involves a 60 minute breathing technique of strong, connected breathing that invites healing on all levels - physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.

Volker Schlettwein is a transformation coach, facilitator and trainer. Volker is passionate about personal transformation. Having not had a healthy role model growing up, and layer upon layer of self-doubt, confusion and low self-esteem to navigate and transcend, Volker understands the value and importance of this life changing work. He brings compassion, authenticity, vulnerability and heartfelt inspiration to support others in reconnecting with the very best version of themselves for joyful, healthy, authentic and abundant living.

The location situated near Wellington is serene and surrounded by nature, the main house accommodates 6 people sharing and there is a quaint cottage with 2 bedrooms for 2 people who can each have their own room.

A minimum of 8 participants are required.

To secure your spot a 50% deposit is required by 14th April 2018 and balance is due by 14th May 2018.
