T H E P R A C T I C E
We will start with a revitalising 30 minute pranayama class, led by Kumiko. Using different breathing techniques to bring energy and vitality, Kumiko will lead the class in German. After a small tea break we’ll continue with a 75 minute asana class, led by Natalie, followed by a 15 minute mindfulness meditation. Both will be lead in English.

After our practice, we’ll sit down together for a delicious plant-based brunch, made with love by Jule Zürcher, a wonderfully talented cook and baker from the popular Naschkatze cafe.
T H E L O C A T I O N
To take advantage of the (hopefully) still warm weather, Natalie is inviting you to her dream garden in Finningen, Neu-Ulm where we’ll practice and eat under blue skies. There’s plenty of parking, as well as a bus stop almost directly outside the house, with buses driving into central Neu-Ulm and Ulm. If the weather is bad, the brunch will take place in The Shala, Johannisstraße 10, Neu-Ulm.
