The next event will be on SATURDAY 28TH MAY in the same place at WEST HILL HALL a couple of minutes walk from Brighton train station and Seven Dials. The perfect way to begin the Bank Holiday weekend!
I will be teaching a two hour dynamic hatha yoga class which will consist of around 1hr 15mins of posture practice leaving lots of time for pranayama (simple breathing exercises), meditation and the all important long luxurious savasana (relaxation).
All levels of experience are welcome to come a long as there will be variations of postures for everyone and no experience is needed for the pranayama & meditation.
Please bring a mat if you have one and anything else you might need to be comfortable in savasana. If you need a mat to be provided please let me know and I will make sure there is one there for you on the day.
Our yoga class will work up an appetite for a delicious, nutritious Ayurveda inspired vegan brunch cooked with love by my partner Claire.
There will be a brand new menu featuring lots of fresh spring/summer ingredients. We will post photos and a full details about the food in the coming weeks as we get closer to the event

'I'm really looking forward to preparing the food for our first yoga brunch, I've always loved feeding people and bringing people together to share in the enjoyment of food.
Food is pleasure but also essential nourishment for our bodies and minds and my intention is to provide tasty and nutritious food that complements the practice of yoga and will leave you feeling healthy and energised.
Following the principles of Ayurveda, the menu will incorporate the six tastes and be balanced to suit our different constitutions. The food will be organic, vegan and free from gluten, sugar and soy. Cooking a vegan and allergen free brunch gives me the opportunity to be more creative in the kitchen. In 2014 I studied Ayurvedic nutrition and cooking in Kerala in southern India, so you will see this influence in many of the dishes I will make for this brunch'
