Yoga Classes with Faran
Join the weekly Hatha-Yoga classes I'll be giving for beginners and intermediates. The class will be featuring postures (āsanas), short meditation and breathing exercises (prānāyāma). We will be taking it slow, focusing on our breath and trying to really go inside and feel the postures.

I have been interested in eastern philosophies all my life. When I was 16 I started practising Yoga. At 19 I travelled through India for the first time and went back two years later to complete an intensive 200hrs Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh.
What has fascinated me about Yoga is that it is a holistic practice that can bring you much more than fitness and even inner calm if you do it with patience and stamina – it confronts you with your subconscious and ultimately aims at really getting to know your Self.
