Yoga Complete Beginners Course
If you keep thinking that yoga would be great for you - but something keeps holding you back - why not join my yoga beginners course.
I will lead you through all the poses that build into three main 'flows' - Cat-Cow, Sun Salutation, Warrior. You will then be ready to join a regular class or my ongoing beginner-continuation monthly courses.
Type of Event
Wednesday and Friday mornings, 8.00-9.00am starting on Wednesday 8th July, finishing Friday 31st July. 8x1hour classes forms the complete course.
Run live online via Zoom.

I only accept a maximum of six people so you will get attentive teaching and won't be 'lost in the crowd'.
The course runs for 8x one hour classes, live online via Zoom. It is twice weekly, Wednesday and Friday mornings 8.00-9.00am, cost is just £80. Starts 8th July, finishing 31st July 2020.
